Lumbar Spine Report (13 February 2008): The lumbar spine has a mild lateral curve convex to the right. There is minimal slipping forwards of L5 on S1 which is lumbarised on the left side. Moderate osteoarthritis is seen in the apophyseal joints beween L5 and S1 segments. The bodies of L1, L2 and L4 are slightly wedged anteriorly. These changes may be secondary to the prevous trauma. The lumbar discs spaces have average heights. Conclusion: Unilateral lumbarisation of S1 segment. Lower lumbar spondylosis.
