This solution faithfully reproduces all of the applications described in Dan Brown's novel, Digital Fortress.  That novel shows how the superior administrative facilities of a software system lead to the exposure of a conspiracy within the US government, and therefore serves as an apt scenario for showing off the rich management facilities of the Windows Communication Foundation.  Follow the script provided to explore those facilities for yourself.
